Bonneville cuts salaries, benefits.

The privately-held company says it's not immune from the recession as it announces to employees a series of cost-cutting measures.  While there will be no layoffs, higher-paid employees will feel a pay cut.  For everyone there will be less vacation time, fewer holidays and no free gym memberships.

Bonneville CEO Bruce Reese says, “Our corporate management team and market managers have looked at this very carefully and thoughtfully. We believe these adjustments are reasonable and necessary to maintain the health of our company and its valued employees."  The company owns 29 radio stations.
