Kabrich’s not giving up PPMs.
Arbitron attorneys demanded consultant and frequent PPM critic Randy Kabrich return three meters he bought online, telling him, “You have no legal right to retain the equipment.” Arbitron even agreed to pay postage. But Kabrich’s not giving up without a fight.
His attorney is still studying Arbitron assertions under patent law but insists the devices were lost in freight and Kabrich is the “lawful owner.” Kabrich’s lawyer goes on to request the ratings company provide “specific identifiable information demonstrating the devices in question remain Arbitron’s property.”
Kabrich isn’t disclosing if he bought the encoding monitor which was also put up for sale on eBay — and later suddenly gone — but says he intends to put PPM through several tests.
