Merlin names new Chicago sales director.

 

Pat Kelley has held general sales manager posts at CHR WKSC, AC WLIT and the former smooth jazz WNUA in Chicago. Now he joins Merlin Media’s Chicago cluster as director of sales, effective today.

Kelley will oversee sales for classic rock “The Loop” WLUP, “FM News 101.1” WIQI and modern rock WKQX (87.7). He arrives from Venture Technologies, the company Merlin has signed a local marketing agreement with to operate WLFM-LP, a low-power television station that can also be heard on the FM dial.
