New CIO for FCC.

 

National intelligence veteran David Bray will become the next chief information officer at the Federal Communications Commission.   He joins from the Office of the Director for National Intelligence.  After deployments to hot spots such as Afghanistan, the FCC may seem like an unexpected choice.  But in an email Bray told colleagues that he’ll work on issues like cyber-security and spectrum auctions.  He’ll succeed Robert Naylor, who left last December.
