Michigan – Good News Media has filed a $350,000 deal to buy WSRJ, Honor, MI (105.5) from Northern Broadcasting. The filing says $205,000 will be paid in cash while $145,00 will be paid in the form of a “gift receipt.” Good News Media already owns five noncommercial religious stations in northern Michigan. Northern Broadcasting sold off its other stations in the Traverse City-Petoskey-Cadillac, MI market for a combined $1,372,000. Since February WSRJ has relayed Interlochen Public Radio’s classical format after its WIAA (88.7) suffered an antenna failure. Broker: Greg Guy, Patrick Communications

Oregon – A.K. Pradeep has filed a $65,000 deal to buy hot AC “92.7 The Bridge” KGBR, Gold Beach, OR from St. Marie Communications. Pradeep doesn’t own any other stations.

Florida –Spottswood Partners doubles up on stations in the Florida Keys with a $15,000 deal to buy the currently-silent WKEY-FM, Key West, FL (93.7) from a group of creditors who took control of the station from former license holder Choice Radio which filed for bankruptcy in 2018 following Hurricane Irma. The deal also includes the cancellation of lease obligations for WKEY-FM’s office space valued at $85, 899. Spottswood Partners already owns the silent WKWF (1600) in Key West and the Key West-licensed translator W277DX at 103.3 FM.


New York – Holy Family Communications has filed a $15,000 deal to buy the Fredonia, NY-licensed translator W203AW at 88.5 FM from Spirit Communications. Holy Family Communications will use the signal to simulcast its nearby Buffalo market religious station WLGU (90.7).


Texas – Terry and Kay Slavens’ For The Love of The Game Broadcasting has closed a $10,000 deal to buy country “K-Lakes 93.5” KLXK and country KROO, Breckenridge, TX (1430) in Breckenridge, TX; classic rock KWKQ (94.7) and country KSWA (1330) in Graham, TX from High Plains Radio Network. The Love of The Game Broadcasting already owned classic hits KATX Eastland, TX (97.7) and country KWBY-FM Ranger, TX (98.5).
