Conservative talk show host and podcaster Ben Ferguson is added to the roster at Premiere Networks and the iHeartPodcast Network. “The Ben Ferguson Show” joins Premiere’s weekend lineup and is available to air live Sundays from 7-10pm. Ferguson has hosted a national radio show on weekends for 19 years, most recently for his own Icon Radio Network. The show is heard in Dallas, Miami, Minneapolis, Denver and Baltimore. He has also been a CNN political commentator for the past seven years.
Additionally, the “Ben Ferguson Podcast” is added to the iHeartPodcast Network, with new episodes posted Sunday through Fridays.
“Ben’s refreshing perspective, along with his vibrant style of talk, entertainment and listener interaction, have made him a multiplatform star,” Premiere Networks President Julie Talbott said in a release. “As news-talk programming continues to be a vital piece of the national conversation, we couldn’t be happier to work with Ben to further expand his audience across the country.”
Ferguson hosts mornings (7-9am) and afternoons (5-6pm) on iHeartMedia news/talk WREC Memphis (600). He’s also an American commentator on ITV’s “Good Morning Britain.”
He began his radio career in his hometown of Memphis at the age of 13, which made him the youngest radio talk show host in the country when the show debuted in 2004 and the youngest nationally-syndicated host at the age of 20.
“This is a significant milestone in my career,” Ferguson added. “Partnering with iHeartRadio and Premiere Networks is like being called up to play in the majors. Working with the best in the business has always been my dream and now I get to do what I love in radio and podcasting with a brilliant team behind me.”
