There is no official announcement yet, but according to reports, Entercom country “US99” WUSN Chicago is expected to announce Jason Pullman as its new morning host. Pullman would be partnered with Katie Bright, succeeding “Stylz & Roman,” who exited the station in May.

Pullman hosted mornings at iHeartMedia country “94.9 The Bull” WUBL Atlanta for 10 years, exiting the station in January. He has also worked in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Detroit, St. Louis and San Francisco.

Sources tell Chicago media reporter Robert Feder that Pullman and Bright, the latter who returns to radio after working for Warner Music Nashville as national director of promotion, will debut in early August. The station has been music-intensive in mornings since Stylz (Doug Bobrowski) and Justin Roman left the station. Tony Kelly, who was morning show producer and did weekend shifts at the station, was let go earlier this week, Feder reports.

Other changes at the station include night talent Kimmie Caruba exiting. “While moves like these are never easy, they are part of a strategic vision to make us more competitive both on-air and in the content space,” PD Kenny Jay wrote in a note to staffers, acquired by Feder. APD/MD Marci Braun will voicetrack nights going forward.
