Jubal Show

The addition of the nationally-syndicated “The Jubal Show” completes the revamped lineup at iHeartMedia CHR “Power 96.1” WWPW Atlanta. The show, which is based at CHR sister “106.1 Kiss FM” KBKS-FM Seattle, features Jubal Fresh, his wife Alex Fresh and “English Evan” Omelia.

Atlanta marks the largest market for the program, which was formally launched into syndication in November 2020 under Team Jubal Productions.

“The Jubal Show” succeeds PK & Denise Kalentzis, who exited in November during company-wide cuts. Also departing at that time was APD/MD and afternoon host Ryan Maddox.

“SOS” (Shelby Sos) joined “Power 106.1” to host 9am-11am and will also serve as local producer of “The Jubal Show.” She came to the station from co-owned CHR “Z104.3” WZFT Baltimore. Ethan Cole was transferred from the company’s San Diego CHR outlet “Channel 93.3” KHTS-FM to take on afternoons at “Power 106.1” and MiKeath Teague is hosting nights, after recently co-hosting mornings at iHeartMedia CHR “Z107.7” KSLZ St. Louis. Ryan Seacrest continues to air from 11am-2pm at the station.

WWPW has been trending 2.8-3.0-2.9 from November 2020 through Nielsen’s Holiday 2020 PPM survey, keeping it in a virtual tie with format competitor, Cumulus Media’s “Q99.7” WWWQ (3.0-2.6-2.8).
