Ray Fosse, former MLB catcher and Oakland A’s radio and TV broadcaster, has passed away at the age of 84. Fosse stepped away from the booth in August, after disclosing that he had been battling cancer for the past 16 years. Read more

Tom Brenner, former co-host of the “Good Morning Rodeo” on Townsquare Media country WJOD Cedar Rapids (103.3), died Monday after suffering from COVID-19 for the past weeks. Brenner, 69, was part of the “Good Morning Rodeo” from 1994 until his retirement in 2017. Read more

Bott Radio Network Oklahoma GM Paul Sublett was killed in a motorcycle accident. He had been with the religious broadcast group for 37 years, joining as a Studio Operator in 1984. Over the years he has served as an engineer, Operations Manager and Station Manager.  Read more

Renda Broadcasting Jacksonville OM Randy Savage transfers to the company’s four-station Fort Meyers cluster. Dale Weber, longtime radio executive and a Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame member, has passed away. He was 84. During his career, Weber managed stations for Saga, Nationwide, Storz and Park. Read more

BYU Broadcasting GM Don Shelline plans to retire at the end of the year. Shelline, who wraps up a five-decade broadcasting career, has been with the network for more than ten years. He manages the company’s audio content platform, which includes the national satellite network BYURadio and classical KBYU Salt Lake City (89.1).  Read more
