Nicholas Alexander joins communications law firm Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) as a Partner in the Washington, DC office. Alexander joins the firm with an extensive background in telecommunications law and policy issues having served for more than a decade at the FCC, where he served as a Staff Attorney and Manager in the Wireline Competition Bureau, as Special Counsel in the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy and as a legal advisor to three members of the Commission. He also served as an in-house counsel and as a private attorney.
