It’s no secret that the relationship that women have with money is much different than men. Samantha Barry, the editor-in-chief of Glamour, has teamed up with the iHeartPodcast Network to launch a new podcast called She Makes Money Moves that will offer financial advice for modern day women. “I believe there’s power, especially for young women, in talking about money. How much we make, how much we spend, and how money impacts our identities and our relationships,” said Barry in the show’s trailer.

She Makes Money Moves will speak with women from around the country about their financial health, discussing issues like the all-too-common pay gap between men and women and the bad habits that are so common, from spending on others before taking care of themselves to shopaholic behavior. In the podcast, Barry also sits down with financial experts like Farnoosh Torabi, an author, financial reporter and popular television personality, and Tiffany Aliche, the self-proclaimed “Budgetnista” and powerhouse dedicated to making life-changing financial education accessible to women worldwide.

“We need to be more comfortable discussing money because, simply put, we can’t have full financial freedom without it,” said Barry. The show is sponsored by Fidelity Investments.
